TACT is owned and operated by practicing school principals and

targeting student achievement. The TACT curriculum is driven
by the Texas Educator Standards, TExES Framework and is
aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills.
Additionally, the TACT program includes an extensive on-going
support system for participants. TACT provides intensive field supervision
and mentoring during the first year of teaching.
